AWARD & OPPORTUNITY

A recognition awarded to the best female direction in the advertising industry, including ADV and digital formats (both online and digital out-of-home), in collaboration with FEduF – Foundation for Financial Education (ABI).
The award highlights the communicative and artistic value of female directors, brings visibility to women professionals in this market sector, and underscores the impact—and therefore the responsibility—of the models that the advertising industry conveys to society. The initiative also provides an opportunity to reflect on economic inequality related to the gender gap and on the importance of financial education for women, as a key element in building a more just and sustainable society.

New this year: starting from this edition, the European Women Directors ADV Award is also associated with a training programme. In collaboration with the lecturers of the Video Design course at IED, coordinated by Debora Magnavacca, the class carried out an extensive research project on European women directors in order to present the ten directors nominated for the award.
