The jury of the European Women Directors Award ADV
We involved nine industry professionals: six producers and three communication professionals.

Nicoletta Angioni
Nicoletta Angioni, Head of Corporate and Business Communication SEA
Strategic communication expert with over twenty years of experience in media relations, crisis management, and corporate reputation. At SEA – Milan Airports, she leads communications for Milan Linate and Milan Malpensa, with a focus on integrated strategies, stakeholder engagement, and managing complex, high-profile media environments.

Karim Bartoletti
Karim Bartoletti, Partner / MD / Executive Producer, Indiana Production
He is the President of CPA – the association of Italian commercial production companies, an elected member of the Board of EPA – the European association of production companies – and the Italian representative at Cannes Lions. Throughout his career, he has produced campaigns for Budweiser, Esselunga, Jeep, McDonald’s, Audi, FIAT, Gucci, Alfa Romeo, Ariston, Maserati, Star, Campari, Intimissimi, Zegna, Ferrero, Lamborghini, and many others. He regularly collaborates with several communication schools as a visiting professor, including Politecnico, IED, Accademia di Comunicazione, NABA, and IULM.

Giovanni Bedeschi
Giovanni Bedeschi (1961), Founder and Owner of Bedeschifilm
He has directed campaigns across Europe, Russia, the Middle East, Mexico, and the U.S. Hispanic market. In 2002, he founded Bedeschifilm, a production company dedicated to promoting Italian directing talent.
Over more than twenty years, he has produced commercials for clients such as Sky, Samsung, Fiat, Armani, Diesel, Heineken, and Discovery, winning awards including Cannes Lions, Clio, LIA, Eurobest, and ADCI.
He has also directed films and series such as Pane dal Cielo, Unbreakable, and SnowBlack, and served as President of CPA from 2018 to 2022.

Debora Magnavacca
Debora Magnavacca, Executive Producer and Board Member, Akita Film
She has previously collaborated with numerous production companies. Over more than twenty years, she has produced commercials for clients such as Campari, Ferrero, San Benedetto, and Ferrovie dello Stato, receiving awards including ADCI Awards and Cannes Lions.
An active member of the IAA (International Advertising Association), she has worked with a group of professionals within the community on drafting the manifesto for responsible communication.
With EQUAL ADCI, she is committed to promoting inclusion, diversity, and equality within the industry.
Debora also teaches at IED (Istituto Europeo di Design), where she encourages her students to develop a passion for the creative and film industries.

Elisabetta Marra
Elisabetta Marra, Global Celebrities & Entertainment Industry Relations Senior Manager
With a life experience spanning Hungary, Russia, Senegal, Sweden, Israel, and Venezuela, and a career rooted in the luxury sector, Elisabetta Marra brings a unique international mindset to Global Celebrity Relations and the Entertainment Industry. She orchestrates 360° talent strategies, including celebrity relations, digital campaigns, and film product placement.
Her goal is to transform high-level partnerships and relationships with key industry stakeholders into measurable brand value and global public relations success.

Chiara Monticelli
Chiara Monticelli, born in Rimini and Milanese by adoption, is a Creative Director at DUDE.
Throughout her career, she has worked in major networks and independent agencies, personally overseeing national and international advertising campaigns for clients such as Netflix, Maserati, Vodafone, IKEA, Peugeot, Costa Crociere, Ceres, and others.
Her work has earned recognition at festivals such as Cannes Lions, ADCI Awards, and ADCE, and she has also served as a juror at some of these festivals, including the ADCI Awards and the Gerety Awards.

Stefano Monticelli
Stefano Monticelli (Milan, 1967) is an Italian producer and founder of the production company Black Mamba.
He began his career in the 1990s as a television writer for Mediaset, MTV, and RAI, contributing to programs that marked a period of significant evolution in the Italian television landscape. During the same years, he collaborated with Radio Deejay, working closely with Linus and contributing to the development of Deejay Chiama Italia.
In 2006, he founded Black Mamba in Milan, with the aim of creating an independent company capable of combining creative vision with production flexibility. Since then, he has produced advertising films, collaborating with directors, agencies, and national and international brands.

Elisa Richelmi
Elisa Richelmi (1984), Graphic and Interior Designer, is a partner at XXY Studio.
Over more than fifteen years of experience, she has developed the belief that effective and meaningful design must combine formal clarity with the ability to evoke emotion.
She has curated the identity of companies, organizations, product lines, and editorial projects for some of Italy’s leading publishers, including Iperborea, Mondadori, Rizzoli, UTET, Bollati Boringhieri, Sonzogno, and Corriere della Sera.

Antonella Scoliero
Antonella Scoliero began her career at major international agencies such as Publicis, Saatchi & Saatchi, and Bates, where she refined her skills and built a strong foundation in strategic communication and creative production.
In 1991, she moved into the production sector. Through collaborations with various production companies, her vision took shape in the creation of 360FX, a production company specialized in table top.
Today, as Executive Producer and CEO, Antonella continues to lead the company with determination and creative sensitivity, guiding 360FX toward new achievements in innovation, quality, and international recognition.
