ALF, Wome’s Cinema Awards is a biennial and international event aimed at promoting a multifaceted dialogue on femininity. It brings together women screenwriters and directors from the worlds of cinema, audiovisual media and advertising through training programs, open calls, networking activities and, of course, the establishment of awards dedicated to them.

The history of women professionals in cinema is a journey of emancipation that runs parallel to that of women in society — a journey that is far from complete.
